New AI and agentic capabilities have launched in Docusign to automate complex, multi-step contract workflows, powered by Docusign Iris. By combining deep agreement context, enterprise-ready governance, and cross-platform orchestration, this release equips teams with a conversational AI assistant, customizable agents, and dynamic portfolio analysis tools to automate repetitive tasks so teams can focus on higher-value work.

Employee onboarding paperwork is a leading cause of first-day friction. Organizations that redesign documentation into guided, digital-first workflows using platforms like Docusign IAM reduce processing time by more than 90% and improve new hire engagement from day one.

Modern hiring stalls due to manual agreement handoffs, costing 74% of organizations top talent. Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) eliminates this friction by automating offer creation, approval routing, and identity verification within a unified system, reducing time-to-productivity by up to 30%.

Docusign IAM helps with vendor consolidation audits by centralizing agreement data and leveraging AI to extract critical insights, helping organizations reduce spend and streamline their vendor portfolios.

Unlike general-purpose AI, contract AI is trained and fine-tuned on legal prose, structured clauses, and jurisdictional standards. Docusign IAM is an AI-powered platform that helps teams draft, review, and analyze contracts at scale while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and oversight.

Docusign Agreement Manager is a smart repository that centralizes your agreements, unlocks the data in them and surfaces insights.
