When you receive an agreement to sign, Docusign can now present a simple, plain-English summary of key terms. Instead of digging through pages of legal language, you’ll get a clear overview of key highlights—so you can review documents faster and feel confident moving forward. Nearly 75%* of signers say they’d feel more confident with an AI-powered summary, and now it’s built directly into the signing experience.

Ask questions, get direct answers

Every agreement comes with questions. Now, you can ask them directly. Using natural-language Q&A, signers can type questions like “What happens if I need to cancel?” or “What are my payment obligations?” and receive clear, agreement-specific answers—without searching through dense text or second-guessing your understanding. 

Together, these updates are designed to remove unnecessary complexity from signing. Agreements are easier to understand, faster to review, and less stressful to complete—so you can sign with clarity and confidence.

These features are now available for all envelopes in English globally.
