Docusign Insight 8.5.0.1 Production Release
01/08/2026

Docusign will be conducting scheduled maintenance to release 8.5.0.1 to customers in January 2026. Please find the regional maintenance details below.

Insight US West and Northeast Production: Customers’ service will be unavailable January 8, 2026 between 08:00 AM UTC and 12:00 PM UTC.

Insight Europe (West, North, and Central) Production: Customers’ service will be unavailable January 9, 2026 between 08:00 AM UTC and 12:00 PM UTC.

Insight US East Production: Customers’ should expect service disruption either on January 12, 2026 or January 13, 2026 between 08:00 AM UTC to 12:00 PM UTC. 

Insight US Central Production: Customers’ should expect service disruption either on January 14, 2026 or January 15, 2026 between 08:00 AM UTC to 12:00 PM UTC. 

Note: Customers enrolled in our premiere program are excluded from this maintenance window and will receive the update through a separately coordinated rollout.

If you experience any errors during this window, please retry your activity after the maintenance window has concluded. We apologize for any inconvenience.

UPDATE: Subprocessor List for Docusign Services

Dear Customer,

We are informing you that Docusign has updated the Subprocessor List for Docusign Services.

Below are the key changes:

  • For Docusign Service Support Suppliers:

    • Added: Bitonic Technology Labs, Inc. in the United States, European Union, Middle East, Africa, APAC regions, and India for Agentic automation; docusign website, support, and developer site, telephony for customer support, product support, and technical support in eSignature.

    • Removed: Coveo Software Corp. in the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia for Customer Support bot services; in-product Support services in eSignature. 

You may object to a subprocessor by emailing privacy@docusign.com with the subject line “Subprocessor Objection,” along with your name, your company’s name, the name of the Docusign service, the name of the subprocessor, and the specific grounds for objection.

Planned Disaster Recovery Exercise for eSignature NA2 - December 13 2025
12/13/2025

Docusign will undertake a planned disaster recovery exercise on Saturday, December 13, from 8:00 PM PST to 10:00 PM PST (3:00 AM UTC Dec 13 - 5:00 AM UTC Dec 13). The scope of this exercise is to perform a regional full-platform failover of eSignature in the NA2 Production environment.

This exercise is not expected to cause downtime or impact eSignature or IAM services, however we are notifying customers as a precautionary measure.
