At Docusign, agreements are at the heart of everything we do. We combine decades of agreement expertise with AI-powered tools to help accelerate agreement workflows. Agreements guide our mission: to redefine how the world comes together and agrees. They also shape our grants strategy.

How we got here

The Docusign Foundation has always grown alongside our company. We began with Docusign for Forests, investing in the protection of one of the planet’s most vital resources. As our company expanded, so did our approach; evolving into broader climate action funding that recognized forests are part of a much larger system.

Along the way, we learned something important. Progress doesn’t last because of innovation alone. It lasts when people come together, build trust, and make agreements they can stand behind.

Introducing Agreements for Good

These insights led us to the next evolution of the Docusign Foundation: Agreements for Good.

Agreements for Good invests in collaboration itself. We fund the infrastructure that helps people deliver greater social impact by:

• Defining shared goals

• Designing governance structures

• Clarifying roles and accountability

• Building trust across sectors and communities

In other words, we fund the hard work that turns shared intent into lasting agreement.

This approach is uniquely aligned with who we are. Just as Docusign makes agreements faster, easier, and more secure, Agreements for Good supports the real-world processes that make agreements driving social impact possible in the first place.

Across these priorities, we support both:

• Established collaborations that are strengthening or scaling formal agreements
