This year’s Docusign Momentum25 customer event was all about agreement AI. Building on the early success of Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM), we introduced new powerful capabilities to automate the entire agreement lifecycle.  Docusign announced the industry’s first AI contract agent with automation and reasoning that takes on the most tedious and time-consuming contract work across the entire agreement lifecycle. This is the next evolution of the IAM platform, powered by a new AI engine called Iris - new agreement-specific AI models built on over 20 years of agreement expertise and data. 

Iris powers a series of new features like Agreement Desk for real-time collaboration, AI-Assisted Review for automated red-lining contracts against company playbooks and clauses, and Custom Extractions that surfaces insights that a business defines.
