EY opens in a new tab partnered with Docusign to modernize Keurig Dr. Pepper’s (KDP) contracting program with an AI-enabled solution that truly puts the customer experience first. Together, they transformed KDP’s contracting workflows, analytics, and contract repository into a single source of truth for commercial agreements, with in‑platform AI, intelligent contracting workflows, and rich operational insights.
The new system reduces cycle times and indicators of non‑compliance, and was thoughtfully designed to work seamlessly with KDP’s HRIS and ERP platforms. EY led with discovery—clarifying cost drivers, scheduling needs, and deployment options—building deep trust with KDP’s stakeholders and aligning every decision to measurable outcomes. In just this one example, approximately 40,000 contracts were migrated into a unified repository spanning three countries, six business units, and more than 50 legal templates, showcasing EY’s commitment to delighting customers at scale.
IAM Champion (Build)

Their comprehensive commitment to IAM over the last year spans the entire spectrum: creating technical solutions driven by AI, securing numerous certifications via our partner initiative, and achieving successful outcomes for their customers.
They've invested in repeatable, high-value solutions that integrate Docusign into the core of their enterprise systems, like Dynamics 365 and Dayforce. Their team has also demonstrated technical mastery in handling the most difficult transformations, ensuring their customers are IAM-ready from day one. Audet Magna doesn’t just champion our IAM vision—they’re actively building on it.

The popular mattress company Purple partnered with Spaulding Ridge opens in a new tab to modernize its contracting operations, replacing a legacy system with a purpose-built Docusign CLM & IAM implementation. Spaulding Ridge’s team translated Purple’s complex approval workflows into dynamic routing logic and standardized templates, ensuring every agreement moves through the right hands at the right time. The resulting IAM platform dramatically reduced search times, surfaced actionable insights from Purple’s opens in a new tab agreement data, and gave the business a scalable framework built for long-term growth. Spaulding Ridge’s deep expertise in enterprise agreement management turned what could have been a disruptive migration into a competitive advantage. Together, we delivered faster contracting, greater transparency, and the kind of operational confidence that lets everyone sleep better at night.

Together with Docusign, they’ve helped some of the world’s most complex enterprises move from fragmented systems to a dynamic, business‑wide ecosystem where agreements, data, and operations are deeply connected. A standout example is their landmark Merck transformation—a true “Power of 3” story with SAP and Microsoft Azure—that harmonized Merck's global life sciences operations on a scalable digital core and turned contracting into an advantage rather than an afterthought.

MeridianLink opens in a new tab is quickly establishing itself as a standout partner in the Docusign ecosystem. In FY26, they delivered more than 20 IAM deals, turning Intelligent Agreement Management into real, repeatable outcomes for financial institutions. And, we expect big things to come as they’re actively developing an IAM integration for their financial services solution, and investing in a major productization effort to embed Docusign Workflow Builder into their flagship platform. This innovation has helped generate meaningful IAM adoption for Docusign customers, including an enterprise deal with Foundation Finance. When our own sales teams say they’d nominate MeridianLink themselves, it’s a clear sign this partner is not just growing fast—they’re helping Docusign and our customers grow with them.
Growth Engine

Our 2026 Growth Engine winner, Microsoft opens in a new tab, was already one of Docusign’s largest revenue partners last year—and they still found a way to dramatically level up. In FY26, our joint business more than doubled from 2025, powered by exceptional execution across more than 220 deals and deep alignment between our teams. From co-selling in the field to scaling repeatable motions in the market, Microsoft has consistently turned opportunity into growth for Docusign solutions and our shared customers.
