DocuSign Ink for iOS devices gets a great update that includes a bunch of powerful new features. We’ve added Salesforce.com integration, new tags for signers, configured documents source plus enhanced our Box integration and bi-directional “Open-In” functionality. Let’s take a look.
DocuSign Ink Salesforce.com Integration
DocuSign Ink lets you access an existing Salesforce.com account to sign, send and return documents free of charge!
- Access and search account, opportunity, cases and contract objects
- Push to Salesforce (push back to the notes and attachment section of the object)
- Push to Chatter any signing event
- i.e. Complete signing post with a link to the completed document
Now use your iOS device to eSign your Salesforce docs – anytime, anywhere. from any iOS device.
Enhancement: Bi-Directional “Open-In”
DocuSign users can “push” documents to anythird party app that supports “Open-In”. This will enable you to integrate with any third party app for document sharing – without having to write a single line of code!
New Tags for Signers
With DocuSign Ink for iOS devices, we have added even more tags for signers, including company and title fields.
Configure Document Sources
You now have 7 document sources to choose from (including Saleforce, Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, and others). You can personalize them in order of your preference. Simply drag and drop to rearrange
Enhancement: Box Integration
All Box users will now be able to access their existing Box account to send, sign and return documents and leverage the Box OneCloud framework.
