Planned migration from on-premise to azure for eSignature & IAM in NA3 Production - February 7, 2026

Docusign will undertake a planned migration on Saturday, February 7, from 5:00 PM PST to 7:00 PM PST. The scope of this exercise is to perform a regional full-platform migration of eSignature and IAM in the NA3 Production environment from on-premise to azure.

This exercise is not expected to cause downtime or impact eSignature or IAM services, however we are notifying customers as a precautionary measure.
