Planned migration from on-prem to azure for eSignature & IAM in NA4 Production - January 17, 2026

Docusign will undertake a planned migration from on-premise to azure on Saturday, January 17, from 5:00 PM PST to 7:00 PM PST. The scope of this exercise is to perform a regional full-platform migration of eSignature and IAM in the NA4 Production environment from on-premise to azure. 

This exercise is not expected to cause downtime or impact eSignature or IAM services, however we are notifying customers as a precautionary measure.
