Planned Disaster Recovery Exercise for NA3 & NA4 Azure Production - April 11, 2026

Docusign will undertake a planned disaster recovery exercise on Saturday, April 11, from 8:00 PM PST to 10:00 PM PST. The scope of this exercise is to perform a failover in the NA3 & NA4 Azure production environment.

This exercise is not expected to cause downtime or impact eSignature or IAM services, however we are notifying customers as a precautionary measure.
