Planned Disaster Recovery Exercise for eSignature NA2 - October 18, 2025

Docusign will undertake a planned disaster recovery exercise on Saturday, October 18, from 8:00 PM PST to 10:00 PM PST (3:00 AM UTC Oct 19 - 5:00 AM UTC Oct 19). The scope of this exercise is to perform a regional full-platform failover of eSignature in the NA2 Production environment.

This exercise is not expected to cause downtime or impact eSignature or IAM services, however we are notifying customers as a precautionary measure.
