Planned Disaster migration for eSignature & IAM in NA1 Production - January 10, 2026

Docusign will undertake a planned migration on Saturday, January 10, from 5:00 PM PST to 7:00 PM PST. The scope is to migrate the regional full-platform of eSignature and IAM in the NA1 Production environment from on-premise to an Azure environment

This exercise is not expected to cause downtime or impact eSignature or IAM services, however we are notifying customers as a precautionary measure.
