Migration of Two Existing IPs for EU Customers - June 17, 2025

The Docusign platform intends to migrate two existing IPs, depicted below, for EU customers. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to comply with security guidelines and improve product security.

This change will become effective after June 17, 2025 at 3 pm PST. 

If your configuration uses eu.docusign.net, you don't need to take any additional action.

If the following circumstance applies, it is recommended that you update your configuration access to use the host name eu.docusign.net. This hostname provides enhanced security and resiliency in the case of system or connectivity issues.
