New Public IP Address - Docusign Australia and Canada

The Docusign Technology Team will be adding new Public IP addresses for Docusign Australia and Canada instances starting 12AM UTC on July 14th, 2024. The complete list of public IP addresses can be found here. 

Docusign customers using the Australia and Canada instances, who are currently allowlisting Docusign IP addresses are advised that they will need to work with their IT teams to update their IP allowlist settings to allow the new IP addresses or they may encounter issues accessing the environment after the work is complete.
