Docusign University Course Policies

Docusign University learning services (“Learning Services”) provide helpful resources that will allow your company to get the most out of your Docusign subscription. Learning Services are designed to help you drive success for you and your organization.

The Learning Services are subject to the Master Services Agreement or other similar terms (such as the Docusign Sites & Services Terms and Conditions) which govern use of Docusign Services (“Docusign Service Terms”). The foregoing terms, together with the Policies below, apply to your use of Learning Services and in the event of a conflict between the Docusign Service Terms and the Policies regarding Learning Services in particular, the Policies control. By participating in Learning Services, you agree to the terms set forth in the Policies.  

Docusign encourages fulsome participation in Learning Services to enable the best possible training experience for all Docusign University customers. We recommend that you closely review the Docusign University Course Policies (“Policies”) to ensure that you are fully informed. Docusign reserves the right to modify, amend, or otherwise change these Policies at any time, which updates apply immediately once published on this site.  Any violation of the Policies are subject to termination of your access to and/or participation in Learning Services, and any fees paid to Docusign are non-refundable.

YOUR PARTICIPATION IN DOCUSIGN LEARNING SERVICES 

  1. Applicability: These Policies, together with the Docusign Service Terms, govern your participation in courses available through Docusign University. 

  2. Course Registration: You can register for all courses through the Docusign University learning portal.  Registration for all live, instructor-led, subscriber-exclusive training  courses will close three (3) calendar days prior to the listed course start date. Please note that Docusign University will not accept course registrations submitted after course registration has closed.

  3. Course Prerequisites: If applicable, your live, instructor-led, subscriber-exclusive training course registration may not be confirmed until you have completed all course prerequisites. If you do not complete course prerequisites prior to course registration closure, you may be contacted by a Docusign University representative to reschedule your course to a later date.

  4. Substituting Course Registrants: For live, instructor-led, subscriber-exclusive training  courses, you can make substitutions to your course registrants up to three (3) calendar days prior to the listed course start date.

  5. Rescheduling Your Course: You may reschedule your live, instructor-led, subscriber-exclusive training course registration to a future course date of the same course up to three (3) calendar days prior to the listed course start date. Requests to reschedule made less than three (3) calendar days prior to the listed course start date may not be accommodated. Requests to reschedule your Docusign University course must be submitted to docusignuniversity@docusign.com. Rescheduling your Docusign University course is subject to space availability.

  6. Canceling Your Course: You may cancel your live, instructor-led, subscriber-exclusive training course registration up to three (3) calendar days prior to the course start date by writing to us at docusignuniversity@docusign.com. Docusign University does not offer any refunds for cancellations. 

  7. Course Cancellations by Docusign University: Docusign University reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any live, instructor-led course for any reason. In the event of course cancellation by Docusign University, you will be contacted by Docusign University to reschedule your enrollment. Docusign University is not, in any way, responsible for any costs you or your registrants incur in relation to the class, including but not limited to travel expenses. 

  8. Failure to Attend Registered Course:  If you have a Campus Pass subscription, failure to attend, cancel, or reschedule any live, instructor-led, subscriber-exclusive training  course you are registered for within three (3) calendar days of the listed course start date a total of three (3) times will result in suspension of access for three (3) months to live, instructor-led, subscriber-exclusive training courses for that individual registrant.

  9. Reproduction or Distribution of Course Materials: You may not and may not allow others to reproduce or distribute Docusign University course materials, including but not limited to live, instructor-led course online meeting links, course presentations, activity books, course documentation, product documentation, package downloads, provisioned accounts for training, and/or course recordings.

  10. Course Recordings: You may not record any Docusign University course. 

  11. Use of Third Party Tools:  Only Docusign pre-approved third party services, tools, or other technology may be used in connection with Learning Services.  Contact docusignuniversity@docusign.com to obtain required pre-approvals.  Unless expressly approved in writing by Docusign University, use of any Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, including but not limited to those for recording, transcription, or note-taking, is strictly prohibited. This foregoing restriction extends to any non-approved AI tools that may capture, store, or process any Learning Service content.

  12. No Training Customization: Unless otherwise required by law, Docusign University only offers standard deliveries or trainings, and requests for customizations cannot be accommodated.
