Companies are increasingly using AI and automation to improve compliance, coordinate HR and IT processes, personalize onboarding experiences, and reduce administrative work. Early adopters are already seeing faster onboarding cycles, improved productivity, and stronger employee experiences, signaling a broader transformation toward more intelligent, connected onboarding operations. In a previous study, 22% of HR respondents reported using agentic AI, the highest adoption rate of any function surveyed.
