Reasonable Use Policy

This Reasonable Use Policy (“RUP”) governs use of the Docusign Services and/or other offerings provided or made available by Docusign (collectively, “Offerings”).  The RUP forms part of the Docusign Sites & Services Terms and Conditions, or equivalent terms governing use for the applicable Offerings (“Agreement”), and any capitalized terms not defined here are as defined in the Agreement.

Docusign reserves the right to undertake reasonable action if use of an Offering is not in conformance with the allowances and amounts subscribed to in a fee-based Offering, or use materially interrupts or compromises the normal operation, security, or integrity of the Offering.  In such cases, Docusign may charge additional fees (including fees for additional Docusign eSignature service envelope usage beyond purchased subscription plan allowances), or even prevent or restrict use of an Offering in certain rare circumstances.
