  • 1. Add your documents

    DocuSign accepts Word, Excel, PDF and many other file formats. Grab documents from your hard drive, popular sites like Box, DropBox, Google Docs and Salesforce, or choose a DocuSign template.

  • 2. Type recipients

    Type the names and email addresses for your signers and specify the order in which they should sign.

  • 3. Place your tags and send it

    To guide recipients, just drag and drop “Sign Here” tabs directly onto the document in places where you need them to sign or initial. You can also add data fields for them to fill in such as address or date. Click "Send" and the recipients will be alerted by email. You’re done!
