3 Pathways to Building an Integrated, Digital Experience: A Guide for Federal Agencies

As required by the 21st Century Integrated Digital Experience Act, the M-23-22 policy guidance provides new standards and actions for agencies to enhance and modernize how they interact with the American public through digital services and websites. Customer experience (CX) mandates, such as the CX Executive Order (EO) and the President's Management Agenda (PMA) have also advanced efforts to better interact with citizens and constituents.

Regardless of where agencies are on their path to compliance, this white paper walks through all three pathways for introducing or expanding on an integrated digital experience to meet the 21st Century IDEA and M-22-23 guidance, as well as the CX EO and PMA.
