Docusign and Anthropic: Bringing Intelligent Contract Workflows to Cowork

By connecting to Docusign in Cowork, businesses can securely create, review, send, and manage agreements from start to finish — all through natural language prompts in Claude.

By connecting Docusign IAM to Cowork, teams can move directly from a prompt to a workflow. AI goes beyond summaries and suggestions to trigger real time actions across legal, sales, procurement, HR, and finance.

Here are just a few examples of what teams can accomplish:

• Create a contract from a Docusign-provided Master Service Agreement template, populate business details, and route it to Legal

• Send a customer intake packet and receive notification when identity verification is complete

• Review AI-suggested redlines to a service contract and initiate a vendor review aligned to company policy

• Search for customer contracts expiring in the next 90 days that include a price increase clause

• Find all active contracts containing a “data protection” clause and export a summary report

Each action is backed by Docusign’s IAM platform, ensuring workflows follow defined rules, permissions, and compliance requirements.
