Your mobile phone is all you need to scan, sign and send documents

We are excited to announce a new feature for Docusign Mobile App users: Document Scanning from your mobile.

Most businesses are moving their agreements online, but you might still receive paper agreements from time to time. If you're on the move without a scanner, don't despair. Our new feature is designed to help you get the process back online - by turning your phone into a mobile scanner.

Step 1:

Place your paper agreement on a flat surface.

Step 2:

Whip out your phone and open the Docusign Mobile App.

Step 3:

Hold your phone over the document and click Scan.  Once complete, you can happily sign and complete as if it was always an online agreement.

This feature is already available to all Docusign users in both our iOS and Android mobile apps.
