Planned Disaster Recovery Exercise for eSignature Azure Australia Production - October 17, 2026

Docusign will undertake a planned disaster recovery exercise on Saturday, October 17, 2026 from 8:00 PM PST to 10:00 PM PST (Sunday, October 18, 2026, 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM UTC). The scope of this exercise is to perform a regional full-platform failover of eSignature Azure Australia production environment.

This exercise is not expected to cause downtime or impact eSignature services, however we are notifying customers as a precautionary measure.

Docusign will undertake a planned disaster recovery exercise on Saturday, September 12th, 2026 from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM PST (Sunday, September 13th, 2026 from 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM UTC). The scope of this exercise is to perform a regional full-platform failover of eSignature Azure Canada production environment.

This exercise is not expected to cause downtime or impact eSignature services, however we are notifying customers as a precautionary measure.

Docusign will undertake a planned disaster recovery exercise on Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM PST (4:00 PM to 6:00 PM UTC). The scope of this exercise is to perform a regional full-platform failover of eSignature Azure Japan production environment.

This exercise is not expected to cause downtime or impact eSignature services, however we are notifying customers as a precautionary measure.

Planned migration from on-premise to Azure for eSignature & IAM in NA2 Production - May 9, 2026

Docusign will undertake a planned migration on Saturday, May 9, from 5:00 PM  PST to 7:00 PM PST. The scope encompasses a regional full-platform migration of eSignature in the NA2 Production environment from on-premise to Azure.

Planned Maintenance - Navigator, & eSignature in NA1, NA2, NA3 and NA4 Production on May 4, 2026

Docusign will be conducting maintenance impacting NA1, NA2, NA3 and NA4 Production Navigator, Agreement Template Builder (ATB), Word Template Assistant (WTA), Webforms and Forms (which are part of eSign Prepare (Agreement Prep/Document Templates)) for approximately 5 minutes on May 4, 2026 at 09:00 AM UTC. Please find impact details below.

  • For Webforms, users won't be able to save forms.

  • For Navigator, Agreement Template Builder (ATB) and Word Template Assistant (WTA), users won't be able to save custom fields and agreement types.

  • All other functionality should be unaffected.

This exercise is not expected to cause downtime or impact eSignature services, however we are notifying customers as a precautionary measure.

UPDATE: Subprocessor List for Docusign Services
2026/04/22

Dear Customer,

We are informing you that Docusign has updated the Subprocessor List for Docusign Services.

Below are the key changes:

  • For Optional Service Add-On Subprocessors for Identity Verification (IDV) and Trust Service Provider (TSP) Services:

    • Removed: Signicat AS for identity verification services for eSignature.

    • Added: IduraAp$ in Ireland and Germany for identity verification services for eSignature.

    • Added: Itsme in Belgium for identity verification services in eSignature.

  • For Docusign Support Service Suppliers:

    • Removed: Bitonic Technology Labs, Inc. for Agentic automation; docusign website, support and developer site, telephony for customer support, product support, and technical support in eSignature.

You may object to a subprocessor by emailing privacy@docusign.com with the subject line “Subprocessor Objection,” along with your name, your company’s name, the name of the Docusign service, the name of the subprocessor, and the specific grounds for objection.
