Planned migration from on-premise to Azure for eSignature & IAM in EU Production - April 4, 2026

Docusign will undertake a planned Migration on Saturday, April 4, from 2:00 PM PST to 4:00 PM PST (9:00 PM UTC to 11:00 PM UTC). The scope of this exercise is to perform a regional full-platform migration of eSignature and IAM in the EU Production environment.

This exercise is not expected to cause downtime or impact eSignature or IAM services, however we are notifying customers as a precautionary measure.

Planned Disaster Recovery Exercise for eSignature NA2 - March 7, 2026

Docusign will undertake a planned migration on Saturday, March 7, from 5:00 PM  PST to 7:00 PM PST. The scope encompasses a regional full-platform migration of eSignature in the NA2 Production environment from on-premise to Azure. 

This exercise is not expected to cause downtime or impact eSignature or IAM services, however we are notifying customers as a precautionary measure.
