Earlier this year, we fulfilled a long standing request from our G Suite customers with the launch of DocuSign for Google Docs. We’ve been thrilled to hear how it’s been helping to enhance the productivity of people who work day-in-and-out within G Suite.
Today, we’re excited to share our latest collaboration with the Google team: a template in Google Docs powered by a DocuSign add-on that further streamlines everyday workflows. Templates are a great way for organizations to automate administrative work like document creation and formatting so that employees can spend more time on higher value add activities like growing the business and serving customers.
Many of you know that a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is the go-to resource to protect your business ideas. This is why we’ve partnered with Google to bring you a standard mutual NDA template from the legal solution experts at LegalZoom, available for use in the Google Docs template gallery. And to make things easier, you can leave the fields at the end of the template (signature, date signed, title and name) blank. These will automatically be filled out at the time of signing when when DocuSigned.
