NextGen Purchasing provides the ability for a site to electronically track purchases. It is an all-purpose solution that can track purchase request through requisitions and purchase orders, allow purchase approval by an appointed user, as well as creating invoices for the requested item. The Software allows multiple invoices to be paid from the same vendor and provides the ability to track vendors as well as their 1099 information. NG Purchasing is integrated with NG Financial Managment to provide a single source solution to help balance accounts when purchases are made.

Using the DocuSign integration, purchase orders can now be completely paperless. Envelopes can be generated for a single purchase order from the purchase order wizard or for multiple purchase orders through a batch process. Based on the workflow set up on a DocuSign Template, envelopes are sent to the designated parties for signatures and to deliver copies of the completed purchase orders. When completed the status of the envelope will be updated in NG Purchasing and a link is provided to view and save the completed documents.
