About the partner 

Our company, Residential Management Systems, Inc. has been in the Housing and Conference Management Software business for over 25 years. We have successfully implemented our system at over 250 client institutions during this time. We are known for our exceptional support and are dedicated only to Housing and Conference software in Higher Education markets.

We are based in Raleigh, North Carolina and maintain a large, diverse and experienced staff. This allows us great flexibility and timely response to client requests for Support and Development. All Implementation team members have completed numerous installs and average +16 years using the RMS/Mercury system. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience which allows them to advise you on current processes, changes to those processes and how best to use the RMS system within your environment. We use only full time, permanent staff.

 RMS currently maintains numerous sites who are integrated with centralized student information and finance systems like Ellucian (preferred partner for Banner and Colleague), PeopleSoft (preferred partner), Oracle (preferred partner), SITS (preferred partner), Agresso (preferred partner), SAP (preferred partner) and many others. We maintain partnerships with many other campus partners including DocuSign to ensure full integration to these systems.
