Hello, I am trying to figure out how to trigger drop downs based on selection for 2 fields and am getting stuck on the “1 conditional field” per drop down. Here is what I want to accomplish. field 1: Drop down list of 1-101-8 would trigger field 2 to appear. 9 & 10 would not. (NEED HELP HERE)Field 2: Drop down list of 1-6 Current setting is “if field is 1, then show Var1” so on and so forth for all 6 numbers. Field 3: Drop down list of 6 separate drop downs (Var1 - Var6). Any Ideas? I am newer to DocuSign and any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I have set up a flow in salesforce which sends out Docusign envelopes based on a triggered flow. The trigger works perfectly fine for me as the Admin, however, when I log in as one of my end users the envelope is not sent. I have checked to make sure the user is active, added permission sets (Docusign Login, Docusign Sender, Docusign User), and enabled the system sender setting for eSignature in Salesforce. What am I missing here?
Hi, when i send documents I often want my Account Managers to get a copy of the “envelope” so he/she can see its sent. But no one has got a copy ever. Is there an adjustment that´s missing on my profile or do you know why?
why can’t my users see all envelopes under shared access? it seems only one envelope appears and nothing in history.
Hi,I would like to create a template for 3 persons to fill data in and sign, but before that happens a fourth person (which is also the sender of the document) would need to fill in a text field, but this person is not a signer of the document. Is there any way on how to set this up that I am not aware of? Thanks,Nadine
One of our employees logged into docusign to sign a document. After they signed the document, they were logged out of docusign and then had to sign back in instead of taking them back to either the docusign home or manage page. Is anyone aware of why that may happen. We are using microsoft outlook office 16.Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I have also reached out to our IT group, waiting for a response.
Hello everyone. I'm having issues with signing all the envelopes using the Power Automate connector, where the first user can see fields like Signature, Initial, Stamp, Name, Last Name, among others. However, after the first user signs, the other users can only see the Signature and Initial fields. I would like to know what is necessary for all users who need to sign to be able to see all the mentioned fields so that they can drag them to where they want. Thank you very much for anyone who can help.
(remove image due to personal information)The question is, Once I have selected all of the places for initials, signatures, etc. and have hit sent. After document is sent, when I click on the manage tab and then click on the document preview in the upper right hand corner, the yellow field boxes that I setup are no longer showing. My question is, is there a setting to where those fields can show once in the manage tab.
