What is DocuSign’s Product Insights?
Once you join our panel, you’ll be able to participate in our user research studies. You will be among the first to try out new features in development and give feedback.
What is the sign up process?
To sign up, you will fill out a brief survey about yourself. Once you’ve completed the survey, we will reach out when you’re a potential match for one of our studies.
I’m not based in the United States. Am I still eligible to participate?
Yes, we include international panelists in our studies! Most of our studies take place remotely, and can be done through your home or office computer.
What kinds of research will I participate in?
You may be invited to participate in a usability session, informational interview, site visit, or online survey. If you’re a potential match for one of our studies, we will tell you a bit more about the study before we schedule a time.
When do the studies take place, and how long are these studies?
While our study times and dates vary, they typically take between 60-90 minutes, and are scheduled Monday through Friday, from 8:00am-6:00pm PST.
How often will you contact me?
DocuSign’s Product Insights Panel will only contact you for research-related opportunities, no more than once a month. If you are a potential match for one of our studies, we will contact you with an e-mail invitation from
Why did I receive an e-mail from Qualtrics inviting me to participate in research?
We use Qualtrics to host our surveys, and sometimes we will send out survey invitations through Qualtrics. If you are ever unsure about the e-mail invitation, please reach out to us at
How do I receive the incentive?
At the end of our study, we send out incentives via e-mail to all panelists who participated. You will receive the incentive within 3-5 business days.
I’m in the panel, but I no longer want to participate in studies. How do I opt-out?

Can I join if I’m a SpringCM customer?
Yes! We encourage all DocuSign and SpringCM users to sign up and join the panel.
