smahrt consulting AG (smahrt) is a consulting company that is specialized in Human Capital Management applications and offers the whole range of SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Talentsoft and further third party solutions. It was founded in July 2007 as a spin-off of the longstanding SAP Stäfa HCM consultancy group and began its productive activities on September 1st, 2007.
smahrt has currently +50 employees which all share a great enthusiasm for HR and IT and are fully involved in the projects of our customers. Together we can look back at over 1000 HR projects. Our aim is to focus our services completely on securing project success as well as on the future operation of our solutions.
