Legatics is a transaction management platform that provides a more efficient and transparent way to manage and close deals in an interactive online environment. It allows its users to send documents to DocuSign directly from its document management platform where law firms house all of their transaction documents.

Legatics is an online deal platform that automates much of the process-driven work that lawyers do and provides a more efficient and transparent manner of running legal transactions. Essentially anything that lawyers currently do using tables in Word and email can be done more efficiently and transparently on Legatics. Legatics’ customers manage their entire transaction from start to finish through Legatics, and are able to add other users and parties to the platform (much like how they can with a virtual dataroom). Since the restrictions imposed worldwide as a result of COVID-19, this means that many of Legatics’ customers who previously preferred more traditional signing methods are now more interested in using e-signature. As such, Legatics has built an integration whereby through its platform, when a customer’s transaction is nearing its end, Legatics’ system allows the customer to send documents from the platform to their firm’s DocuSign account for signing. The customer can import users from Legatics to their DocuSign signing flow, and track the status of the DocuSign process in Legatics.
