Creating a custom form using JotForm only takes a couple of minutes. And now, with JotForm’s Docusign widget, you can collect important signatures directly on online form and store the signed document in your Docusign account. To collect a signature, all you have to do is send a link to your form to the recipient, and the JotForm/Docusign integration handles the rest.
While creating your online form, you’ll see the Docusign widget on the side panel. Simply drag the Docusign icon onto your form. Once you’ve done that, you’ll be prompted to sign into your Docusign account. As soon as your account is verified, a Docusign signature field will be added on your form. Any signatures you collect will be sent directly to your Docusign account for easy organization.
