Simplify the envelope sending process by integrating your back office ECM repository. AIRLIFT for Oracle Image and Process Management is the simplest way of sending forms directly from a Workflow Package in Oracle IPM. Your customers, vendors or constituents can complete complex forms and sign from any browser or mobile device. When complete the forms are automatically attached to the original Oracle Workflow Package.
Sending an envelope to a recipient(s) is simplified by using a clean web based dashboard that is prepopulated from the Oracle IPM package fields. The user simply selects documents from a list of available forms assigned to any DocuSign security group. With a single click the envelope is on its way to the intended recipient(s).
The list of available forms is dynamically populated using the DocuSign API after the user is authenticated with their DocuSign credentials.
When a recipient completes the signature event, AIRLIFT leverages the DocuSign Connect API to download completed envelopes, parses the XML data, archives the documents to Oracle and automatically attaches the new files to an existing Oracle Workflow Package.
