Delivered by experienced DocuSign Product Trainers, this interactive course will increase your Administrator expertise and help accelerate your organization's DocuSign adoption. With the option to attend in-person, virtually, or as part of a group onsite, there are many ways to become certified!

The course takes a balanced approach between live instruction and demonstration, and hands-on lab sessions and workshops. The curriculum provides in-depth coverage of templates and workflow functionality, as well as account and user administration capabilities, empowering you to tailor DocuSign to meet your needs. The course culminates in a final certification exercise and exam that requires attendees to demonstrate proficiency with the course material.

This certification course is intended for DocuSign Administrators who:

  • Have some experience using the application (course level is beginner to intermediate)
  • Are looking to grow their DocuSign knowledge and Administrator skills
  • Have a good understanding of how their organization will be using the application

Prerequisites

  • Must be a DocuSign Administrator with current DocuSign subscription
  • You have sent and signed an envelope via DocuSign prior to attending the training
  • Laptops are required
  • You have a DocuSign demo account (Don't have one? Click HERE to set one up)
  • Pre-work: We require that you complete 3-4 hours of assigned e-learning content in DocuSign University prior to attending the class to gain basic proficiency. The e-Learning content will be assigned upon registration.
