Welcome to the DocuSign, Inc., web site (the "Site"). Please review the following terms of use ("TOU") concerning your use of this Site. By accessing, using or downloading any materials from the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by the TOU.

General use

All materials provided on this Site, including but not limited to information, documents, products, logos, graphics, images, software and services (the "Materials") are provided by DocuSign and by third-party providers, and are the copyrighted work of DocuSign and their respective third-party providers. No DocuSign Materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or means without DocuSign's prior express written permission.
Nothing on this Site confers any license under DocuSign's intellectual property rights except as specifically noted below, whether by estoppel, implication, or otherwise. User acknowledges sole responsibility for obtaining required licenses.
DocuSign grants you permission to display, copy, distribute and download the Materials on this Site provided that: (1) both the copyright notice identified below and this permission notice appear in the Materials; (2) the use of such Materials is solely for personal, non-commercial use; and (3) the Materials are not modified in any way. Permission terminates automatically and without notice if these TOU are breached. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy any downloaded or printed Materials.

Unauthorized use of Materials from this Site may violate copyright, trademark and privacy laws.

Use of DocuSign services

If you are accessing the Site to view, sign or retrieve an eContract that was made available to you by one of our customers using the DocuSign Hosted Services, DocuSign grants you a limited license to access the Site solely to use and learn about the Hosted Services. Other than viewing, signing or retrieving such eContracts, you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, duplicate, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use in any other way the Site or the Hosted Services, or any information contained on, or obtained from, the Site without the express written consent of DocuSign. Any and all unauthorized uses of the Site or the contents therein will terminate the limited license granted to you. Without our express written consent, you may not (a) use any automated means to access the Site or collect any information from the Site (including without limitation robots, spiders, or scripts), (b) use the Site or the Hosted Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or the Hosted Services or interfere with any other party's use or enjoyment of the Site or the Hosted Services, or (c) frame the Site, place pop-up windows over its pages, or otherwise affect the display of its pages. This means, among other activities, that you agree not to engage in the practices of "screen scraping," "database scraping," or any other activity with the purpose of obtaining lists of users or other information.

Software use restrictions

Software available for downloading from this Site (the "Software") is the copyrighted work of DocuSign, Inc. and third-party providers. Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end-user license associated with the software ("License"). An end user agrees to the License by installing, copying, or using the Software. Redistribution of the Software is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted.
The Software is warranted only according to the terms of the License. Except as expressly warranted in the License, DocuSign disclaims all express or implied warranties and guarantees, including conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, except to the extent that such disclaimers are held to be legally invalid.

Comments, feedback, information or materials submitted to DocuSign in association with this Site ("Submissions") shall be considered non-confidential and DocuSign's property. By providing Submissions to DocuSign, you agree to assign to DocuSign, at no charge, all worldwide intellectual property rights to the Submissions. DocuSign shall have unrestricted use of the Submissions. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the Submissions that you provide and that you have full responsibility for the legality and copyright of the submissions.

Export control

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of, any country to which the United States has embargoed goods.  You agree you will not export, re-export, transfer, or make available, whether directly or indirectly, any regulated item or information to anyone outside the United States in connection with your use of this Site unless you have complied with all applicable U.S. and foreign government export laws and regulations.  DocuSign makes no claim that content contained on this website is appropriate or may be downloaded outside the United States.  If you access this website from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.


Although DocuSign attempts to provide accurate information on the Site, DocuSign assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information.
