The team
Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven marketing solutions that communicate the value of DocuSign’s Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business. We design creative for a new business campaign. Build worldwide digital experiences that touch millions. Refine messaging around new product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop innovative social media campaigns. Collaborate on playbooks and training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.

This position
From web visits to contract renewals, the Digital GTM Strategy & Operations team cares about delighting hundreds of millions of users throughout their entire DocuSign journey. By leveraging data-driven frameworks we help Sales, Product and Marketing identify, prioritize and execute cross-functional initiatives. We represent a high growth and strategic area within the company and are looking to expand.

As the Sr. Analyst of our Digital team, your charter is to help the digital business grow. To do this, you will leverage existing data frameworks to identify growth opportunities. You’ll then drive cross-functional alignment around those opportunities and report back on whether the initiative worked. This role will have a supreme command on in-quarter performance and be heavily involved in our annual planning process. In short, you develop insights and recommendations on how to grow the business and help realize it.

This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Director, Digital Analytics & Data Science and is designated Flex.


  • Develop an understanding of trends and health of the business
  • Identify levers on how best to grow the business
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive the results
  • Create novel ways to analyze the business
  • Lead aspects of business reviews and annual planning
  • Support team projects such as campaign list pulls, ROI analysis, etc.

Basic qualifications

  • Experience using advanced SQL techniques
  • Experience with Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
  • Salesforce and Tableau experience
  • BA/BS degree in a business or quantitative field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, banking or SaaS company
  • 5+ years of work experience overall

Preferred qualifications

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Exposure to subscription business models
  • Familiarity with web data and analytics including tracking, segmentation, and pathing
  • Exposure to Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Proven track-record in fast paced environments

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $93,700 - $128,875 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
