The team
Our Finance team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, optimal financial management, and efficient operations across DocuSign. The team consists of Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Revenue Operations, Investor Relations, and Business Operations. The Finance team partners across all organizations in DocuSign to appropriately allocate resources, inform key business decisions, and facilitate the execution of our operational plans.

This position
The Senior Analyst Deal Desk position plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s growth in AMER. More specifically, this role will assist the AMER SMB team with their complex and/or high value deals. This role may also assist Deal Desk Managers in deal approvals or deal structuring across other sales functions. This entry level role represents a tremendous growth opportunity for individuals seeking to build a career in the SAAS space and have an interest in understanding the operations behind Sales, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Pricing Strategy and Legal. This position supports the AMER Director of Deal Desk and the Sr Director of Business Practices by performing data analysis, pricing analyses, approval analyses and assisting in the development of sales deal training materials. This role enables one to have the understanding and background to move into a variety of other roles including Deal Desk, RevOps, or Sales Operations

This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Director, Deals Desk and is designated Flex.


  • Conduct deal approval analyses and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct pricing or deal analyses for complex strategic deals
  • Develop complex data analyses in Excel
  • Assist Deal Desk managers in deal review and approvals
  • Coach and enable sales on deal strategy

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong analytical background with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Excel
  • Knowledge of Salesforce systems and building reports and dashboards
  • Highly effective communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to drive results
  • Detail oriented
  • Previous analyst or consulting experience
  • Previous SaaS experience in an operational or data analyst role
