This position
DocuSign is looking for a driven, data- and results-oriented Customer Campaign Manager to join our Digital Customer Success team. This role will be responsible for the execution of customer campaigns designed to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and account growth. The ideal candidate has experience in customer lifecycle marketing and a strong background executing campaigns targeting self-service subscription customers that purchased through an eCommerce sales channel. A primary function of this role is to execute programs that drive the adoption and consumption of DocuSign and support scaling the field organizations’ ability to serve their customer account base. This position works closely with individuals across the Customer Success, Marketing, and Web sales teams.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Digital Customer Success and is designated Flex.


  • Work closely with stakeholders to build comprehensive customer marketing initiatives and programs that expand customer’s existing use of DocuSign
  • Manage integrated customer marketing programs including email, social, display and webinars
  • Create and execute A/B testing plans to drive campaign optimization decisions
  • Make recommendations and continuously refine the marketing mix to drive the best results
  • Partner with lifecycle marketing and content strategist teams to improve messaging and identify new content for campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Sales organization to optimize how we target accounts to drive increased adoption and expand their usage through the right level of enablement
  • Monitor and communicate programs and adjust as needed to address adoption gaps and optimize performance

Basic qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years experience managing customer engagement email programs for SaaS technology or software companies

Preferred qualifications

  • Metric-driven mindset focused on setting and measuring KPIs
  • Strong understanding and experience with multiple marketing channels, including digital, paid social, field, and email marketing
  • Excellence in building cross-functional relationships and alignment
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-departmentally
  • Creative, collaborative, and resourceful
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Eloqua, Outreach, and other marketing technologies
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual presentation skills
