DocuSign is looking for a seasoned software engineer to join our SRE team within the technical operations organization. The team is focused on building the tools necessary to help scale the management of our services in order to provide high availability across all DocuSign products and services. The SRE team is working on cutting edge initiatives to improve the reliability and scale of a platform that services hundreds of thousands of transactions per second. The position will provide an opportunity to deep dive into the DocuSign telemetry that logs billions of data points every day that provide insights into our service health and the ideal candidate will be able to use the insights to design, implement and rollout services that help move the needle on scale, performance and reliability of our live site. We will need someone who moves at a fast pace, solves hard problems, and is continuously innovating and raising the bar.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Operations Management and is designated Flex.
- Analyze and improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability of core services
- Conduct design and code reviews
- Code solutions to challenging technical problems
- BS in CS, EE or equivalent
- 12+ years of hands-on software development experience in C /Java / C++
- Experience in building large-scale, highly available and reliable applications
- Proficiency working with algorithms, data structures and production troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Azure Data Explorer
- Experience with incident management processes adopted across the SAAS industry to help with the delivery of high availability
- Experience with infrastructure specifically operating system internals, load balancing, database system internals and file systems, and networking
Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $150,300 - $186,700 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
