This position
As a Developer Sales Enablement Specialist, you will partner with the global Sales/Market Development teams. You will be responsible for developing, updating, optimizing and delivering the Developer/API training and content. You are passionate about helping others succeed, the learner experience, and interacting and engaging with business partners from different regions. You will be an equal parts marketer, instructor, program manager, and “go to” person for anything around developer leads. This position plays a critical role in supporting the sales development teams working to convert the developer leads to generate pipelines, and needs to be willing to work flexible hours to accommodate global teams.

The Technical Advocacy and Adoption team, within the Engineering organization, is tasked with creating a world-class developer and partner ecosystem experience as well as a thriving, engaged community for the DocuSign Agreement Cloud.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager of Developer Marketing and Sales Enablement and is designated Flex.


  • Develop, improve and maintain training materials and deliver training sessions (online or in-person) to our global SDRs
  • Maintain and manage enablement content working closely with our Platform Product Marketing Manager(s)
  • Build strong relationships with the Sales and Marketing Development teams to collaborate on developer programs and communicate developer sales funnel on regular basis
  • Manage multiple strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects simultaneously
  • Provide data on sales funnel and reports for projects

Basic qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing
  • Experience delivering presentations and/or training
  • Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Experience working with data

Preferred qualifications

  • 2+ years of working with sales teams in enterprise SAAS company
  • Strong knowledge of marketing, demand generation, lead lifecycle and sales funnel
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce (preferred) and other sales tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms in a plain language
  • Demonstrated data analysis skills with a passion for metric-driven initiatives

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $94,700 - $115,700 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
