Health Benefits

DocuSign pays 100% of the insurance premium for your medical, dental and vision insurance and about 50% of the premium for your dependents. DocuSign’s healthcare plans help you and your family stay healthy through no-cost preventive services, comprehensive coverage and low-cost prescriptions. In addition, our plans include acupuncture, chiropractic services, and orthodontia.

Life and Disability Benefits

DocuSign’s life and disability coverage gives you peace of mind if the unexpected occurs. DocuSign pays 100% of your income protection benefits. DocuSign’s life insurance plans provide a safety net for your loved ones and disability insurance provides income replacement if you cannot work due to illness or injury.

US Paid Parental Leave

New parents who have or adopt a child during their DocuSign employment can take up to six months of Paid Parental Leave to bond with a new child as a primary caregiver or up to two months of leave as a non-primary caregiver.

Support for nursing moms

In addition, when returning to work, DocuSign’s offices have designated mother’s rooms for nursing moms. For traveling moms, DocuSign offers Milk Stork, a milk delivery service, to allow mothers to continue to breastfeed their baby while traveling for work.

Wellness program

Through DocuSign’s Wellness Program eligible employees receive $50 USD monthly to use toward the cost of a wide variety of wellness-related activities. These include gym/fitness memberships, yoga classes, fitness trackers and many other fitness and wellness products and services.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

DocuSign’s confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to help you resolve personal problems, plan for life events, or simply manage your daily life. In addition to counseling, DocuSign’s EAP can provide referrals for professional services such as financial planners, attorneys, and eldercare or childcare providers.

Giving back

DocuSign is committed to supporting charitable organizations in the communities in which we live, work and play. DocuSign’s Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program provides employees with 24 hours of paid time off to serve the nonprofit organization of their choice. In addition, through our new Matching Gifts Program, employee donations to nonprofit organizations qualify for a matching contribution from DocuSign.
