Real Estate Professionals – Getting Better Deals with eSignatures

It’s been an exciting year for us, with the use of DocuSign in real estate transactions having tripled over the past 12 months and more than four million real estate documents signed. In response to this increase in use, we launched an all-new DocuSign for REALTORS® version — guided by real estate agent, broker and client feedback—with new features including fax out for signature and payments.

New Plans – NAR Members Save $60!

DocuSign for REALTORS® offers an eSignature with complete features essential to finalizing real estate transactions, including REALTOR® branding. Save $60 as a benefit offered through NAR’s REALTOR Benefits® Program on DocuSign for REALTORS® Professional Edition over the general DocuSign for Real Estate Professional plan created for non-NAR members.

That’s not all.  You can save an additional $50 with the REALTORS Conference and Expo special for a total savings of $110 to all NAR members. Use promo code: Show50 that will be available through December 15, 2012.

2012 REALTORS® Conference & Expo

Are you attending this year’s annual REALTORS® Conference & Expo? Learn more about our electronic signature solutions for real estate professionals by visiting us at booth #443, where we will feature live demos of DocuSign plus special presentations on November 10th from real estate gurus Aaron Wheeler of Oakville Properties at 11 am and Krissina Wise of the Good Life Team at 3pm.

Make sure to visit our booth #443 to be eligible to win an Apple® iPad® and be entered into NAR’s ‘Cash In and Win’ $500 daily promotion.

eSignature Acceptance is Growing

Our growth in real estate has also been fueled this year by Bank of America accepting eSigantuers for short sales and “real estate owned” (REO) transactions for homes owned by a lender following an unsuccessful foreclosure auction, and recent changes to New York law that make DocuSign valid for real estate transactions in New York.
