Ever wondered why a password or email address changed? The New DocuSign Experience now offers audit logging that tracks changes to account-level settings.
Note: Data for account changes from before June 1, 2015 is not shown in the audit log.
The Audit Log entails the date of the event in question, the user performing the action, a category of the change and the old/new values in question.
To access the log click your account picture and Go to Admin. The Auditing option will be on the left.
You can then download the audit log as a .CSV file as needed or review any changes in the log interface.
