Looking to Get the Most Value out of DocuSign? Here’s How

You’re lost in a forest. After several hours of wandering, you come across a path that splits in two. At the foot of one path? A Cadillac running low on gas. The other? A KTM RC 390 dirt bike with a full tank.

Naturally, you hop on the quicker, more fuel-efficient choice. And while it’s inherently both faster and less costly to ride — you still want to make sure you’re getting the maximum amount of value out of your decision. Perhaps you make sure to ease up on the throttle, or coast before braking just to save even more fuel.

  1. Hi!

    I can’t seem to access the chat personnel.

    The company I am working with is using DocuSign to send out to get signatures on contracts and individual employee handbooks.

    I’m hoping that I can help the company to move up to document management. Specifically, we need:

    – to send out revisions to the employee handbook to all employees (right now numbering 65)

    – have each employee acknowledge receipt and sign off (easy to do with DocuSign, one by one)

    – have a list of all employees’ revised document status as one list – not intermingled with other documents.

    We’re not looking for automatic document management, but rather just combining one mass emailing followed up with a segregated list of employees and the status of the changed document – read, signed off and completed.
