#DF13 is just around the corner and this year’s event will be the biggest of them all! As DocuSign gears up for the Dev Zone, here are a few of the things we have in store for what is sure to be the best cloud technology event of 2013!
For starters, we will be giving away some awesome swag that you don’t want to miss! Forget the pens, mints, or even t-shirts…Come to the DocuSign DevZone to see what you simply can’t live without! #highqualityswag
This year DocuSign will be taking part in two theatre sessions and one mini-hack.
The first theatre session, titled Managing a Large Scale Application in AppExchange, will be led by Mike Borozdin, @mikebz, Director of Integration Development at DocuSign:
As one of the most popular apps on the AppExchange, DocuSign for Salesforce (DfS) has faced several engineering challenges. Thousands of customers are using dozens of different versions of the Salesforce. Permissions, versions, and legacy data get in the way. Join us to learn about technologies like Push Major, LMA, logging and constructing your test data.
DocuSign’s second Partner session – also led by Mike Borozdin – is titled Integrating a Node.js App using Force.com Canvas–
Do you have an application living on an external server that you want to surface within Salesforce and make viewable from any device? Join this session to see how DocuSign tailored a Node.js app to integrate within Salesforce using Force.com Canvas. This session will cover how to get a Node.js app working in Canvas and produce responsive design that works on both desktop and mobile devices. This will be a hands-on session with a code sample that you can apply in your development.
Additionally, DocuSign is participating in a mini-hack, one of our favorite things to do! Instead of a multi-day hackathon, programmers come to the Dev Zone to write hacks within a few hours with the goal of creating some pretty cool integrations that win them prizes along the way. Will your DocuSign hack become the next big startup?! (We hope so!)
