Last Sunday, during the 90th Academy Awards ceremony, Nike aired an advertisement featuring Serena Williams saying “I’m proving time and time again that there’s no wrong way to be a woman.” As the ad ends, the words “until we all win” appear on the screen. What powerful words from a powerful woman who continues to press for progress on gender equality, empowerment, and resilience.

At DocuSign, Chief People Officer, Joan Burke, recently shared with Glassdoor how “we’ve doubled down on our diversity and inclusion initiatives” which started with an employee resource group called Women at DocuSign.
