French Touch Dreamin': Our Recap of the European Salesforce Event

It lasted for only one day, but French Touch Dreamin’ was filled with a lot of Salesforce goodness. On November 15 we brought the DocuSign API team to Paris to chat about all things DocuSign for Salesforce, from our new DocuSign Apex Toolkit to the new DocuSign for Salesforce page on our Developer Center.

We had the opportunity to chat with most of the French Touch Dreamin’ attendees and to connect with familiar faces in the Salesforce community. When devs and admins dropped by our booth, we had the DocuSign API team as well as our friends in the DocuSign Paris office, Adeline Javaudin and Charlotte Richard, on-hand to walk visitors through our DocuSign for Salesforce product and to chat about its use cases. Some people even walked away with some cool SWAG. We were handing out stickers, and Gauthier Cane, from education cloud company Season, won a Nerf Gun Elite Infinus. Pretty sweet if you ask me.

DocuSign’s own Salesforce MVP based in Dublin, Lauren Touyet, and DocuSign for Salesforce Developer Vineet Puranik also joined the action in Paris. Together, they participated in the Demo Jam, showing off the new Process Builder functionality that will be available in the upcoming 7.2 DocuSign for Salesforce release.

If these two rock stars in attendance wasn’t exciting enough, we’ve got more: we were thrilled to meet the youngest member of the Trailblazer community, Germain Stang, and hear directly from him on how he got started as a Salesforce MVP at such a young age.

We gave nonstop demos from the DocuSign booth, highlighting features new and old, including Custom Buttons and Lightning.

It was a fantastic day filled with demos, insight, knowledge transfer, and, of course, baguettes. Lots of baguettes.
