The DocuSign team has been working with the Gmail team to enable users to review and sign documents faster. At Google I/O, Google unveiled a new feature for Gmail that allows users to take action directly from their inbox. Now, when a Gmail user receives a request to review a document, they will be presented with a “Review document” button in their inbox.

For emails to display the button, they must be sent from DocuSign and must be authenticated via DKIM or SPF. The extra level of security ensures that emails are from DocuSign and not from malicious sources trying to cause harm.
