The one-day DocuSign Customer Success Architect (CSA) Class provides the training you need to discover new Use Cases, determine the value of each transaction, and build a Roadmap to Success. You’ll learn how large enterprises have changed their Adoption Curve by leveraging DocuSign across business units. The course includes lectures, training in CSA methodology and hands on exercises, leading up to a Test and Practical Examination. Attendees include Partners and Customers.
