Why am I being taken to a login page? A: If a you have used DocuSign before to sign a document, they may have set up a password & user name. Q: How do I reset my password? A: This is a simple task, simply visit the login page, and click 'Forgot your password?’ link. Enter you email, and instructions will be sent to your email address to reset the password. This will require you to answer their 'forgotten password' question that you provided when you setup your account or registered for a signature. If you have been LOCKED OUT because you tried too many times in a row, or have forgotten the answer to their ‘forgotten password’ question, they must either wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact DocuSign at passwordreset@docusign.com and we will manually process the request. Q: I was told I was sent a notification email to sign but did not receive it? A: Most likely the invite email to sign a document went into your spam filter. Look in the junk mail folder, and the deleted items folder. If it is not there, then set you email to 'trust' email from www.docusign.net, and ask the sender to resend the document. |
