Solution: 'Designed for Mobile' has been enhanced to work with your iPad using only your browser. To Sign a document is easy, just tap the screen to complete a data field or click to eSign documents.

Collaboration - securely manage last minute transactions
Problem: In the real world there are last minutes changes to documents, such as date changes, offer changes, etc. These changes are made by marking up and initialing the change. In the past with DocuSign, this meant starting over . . .
Solution: Collaborating to Close = Markup
Two new mark-up options:
Document Markup : Signers may propose changes anywhere in the document when they sign.
Field Markup: Signers may only propose changes to specific DocuSign Fields.

Agent Managed - transactions controlled by Agents
Problem: The agents manage real estate transactions. DocuSign does not "obey" the agent's role of reviewing documents prior to sharing with their clients for a signing. If DocuSign is to be used, it requires an agent to share contact information for their clients before they are ready to do so. This can make a paperless transaction difficult.
Solution: Agent Managed Transactions feature now allows senders to specify recipients as "Agents". The "Agent" reviews the documents and if approved, inputs their clients contact information to send the documents for e-signature. The agent Managed Transactions feature respects transactions that are managed by agents who are managing their customers.
Now DocuSign is Agent Friendly - It works the way you do.
Collaboration Tools of Markup (field and document) and Agent Managed Transactions are offered in both the Web Standard and REALTOR® Edition Standard plans through October 1, 2010. after this time, standard plan users will need to upgrade to keep these services. The Collaboration Tools are not available on either the Web Basic or REALTOR® Edition Basic plans.

Email to Signature - Simply forward attachments

Watermarks - more transaction security
Problem: Signers can print and hand-sign documents when you don't them to.
Solution: Watermark protects your unsigned and partially signed documents. The Watermark appears on printable and non-signing versions of the documents to be signed and remains there until all of the signers have signed. This prevents signers from printing and signing partially completed transactions and keeps the transaction electronic.
The Watermark feature is offered in both the Web Standard and REALTOR® Edition Standard plans through October 1, 2010. after this time, standard plan users will need to upgrade to keep these services. The Watermark feature is not available on either the Web Basic or
