Keith Krach (Chair)
Chairman & CEO, DocuSign
Keith has a long history of technology leadership, starting with being GM's youngest-ever vice president at the age of 26 after earning his B.S. degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and MBA from Harvard University. After 10 years with GM, Keith joined the founding team of Rasna Corporation. Keith helped lead Rasna to be recognized as #3 on the Inc. 100 list of Fastest-Growing Companies. The company was sold in 1995 to Parametric Technologies for $500 million.
Keith co-founded Ariba in 1996, serving as CEO and chairman of the board for seven years. Keith took Ariba public, achieving a market capitalization of $34 billion. Ernst & Young named Keith the 2000 National Entrepreneur of the Year, the same year in which he was honored at the World Economic Forum with the Technology Pioneer Award.
Following Ariba, Keith founded 3Points, an investment holdings firm, where he was CEO. He has served as an executive and a member of the board of directors for numerous companies. Keith is currently the chairman of the board of Angie's List and chairman of the board of trustees at Purdue University.
Scott Darling
General Partner, Frazier Technology Ventures
Scott Darling is a general partner at Frazier Technology Ventures, serving on the boards of DocuSign and Socrata. Scott has more than 25 years of experience as a technology executive. Most recently, Scott spent 7 years with Intel Capital where he was vice president and managing director. During this tenure at Intel Capital he managed the teams responsible for the Digital Home and Enterprise investment sectors in support of the business units representing more than two thirds of Intel's revenue. During Scott's years at Intel and prior to joining Intel Capital in 2000, he was the general manager for several business units including the Internet Media Services Division and the Personal Conferencing Division, as well as the marketing director for the OEM Computer Systems Division.
Before Intel, Scott worked in product marketing at Apple Computer and at two early PC industry startups: VisiCorp and Osborne Computer Systems. Scott received his MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business in 1988. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, in 1981, where he studied economics and computer science.
Jonathan Roberts
Partner, Ignition Partners
Jonathan Roberts is a founder and partner of Ignition. He invests in business application and services companies and represents Ignition as director on the boards of DocuSign, AVST, HyperQuality, Spoken Communications and Earth Class Mail. Prior to Ignition, Jonathan spent 13 years at Microsoft, most recently as general manager of the Windows CE Intelligent Appliance Division, where he was responsible for developing new WinCE products, product marketing, business development and long-term planning for the Windows CE platform, as well as the retargeting of the Microsoft's PocketPC effort.
Jonathan led the marketing and business efforts for Windows 3.1, 3.11, Windows NT 3.51, NT 4.0, BackOffice 1.0, Windows 98 and NT 4.0 on the Desktop, and finally all of Windows CE including embedded, Pocket PC, Auto, Phones, Set-top, Games, etc.
Jonathan received his BA in history from the University of Washington where he was also student body president.
Pete Solvik

With more than 20 years' experience on leadership teams of successful, high-growth information technology companies, Pete Solvik applies his background and perspective to helping entrepreneurs form and build successful businesses. He joined Sigma in 2002 where he invests across the entire spectrum of information technology products and services.
Pete joined Sigma following a very successful 10-year career at Cisco Systems as senior vice president and CIO, and founder of the Internet Business Solutions Group. During his tenure from 1992-2002, Cisco achieved wide recognition for early and aggressive use of the Internet, e-commerce and information technology. During Pete's time at Cisco, the company experienced explosive success, growing from $200 million to more than $20 billion in annual sales run rate. Prior to Cisco, he spent 11 years at Apple Computer where he held a number of senior IT management roles supporting the rapid growth and global expansion of the firm and oversaw the Apple Online Services Group.
Pete has been named four times to the CIO 100 by CIO Magazine, selected as one of "The 25 Most Powerful Executives in Networking" by Network World and featured in four Harvard Business School case studies on the successful use of information technology in the enterprise. He has often been quoted in articles on IT and eBusiness in Fortune, the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, the Economist, the New York Times, Information Week, CIO Magazine and many other publications and books. Pete has been a keynote speaker at more than 50 industry conferences on information technology and eBusiness.
Rory O'Driscoll

Rory O'Driscoll has been a venture capital investor since 1993. He invests in mobile, Internet and enterprise software companies. Some of his successful investments include IPOs such as Omniture (Nasdaq, acquired by Adobe for $1.8B), Connect, NetGenesis and acquisitions including ScanSafe (acquired by Cisco), Frontbridge (acquired by Microsoft), Zone Labs (acquired by Checkpoint), Placeware (acquired by Microsoft), OuterBay (acquired by HP) and others.
Currently, he sits on the boards of Arena Solutions, Box.net, DocuSign, ExactTarget, Hubspan, Livescribe, Lumension Security and Vantage Media. He actively looks for new investments that take advantage of the emerging trends in enterprise software (open source, SaaS and cloud), mobile (smart devices, HTML 5.0 and 4G) and the Internet (social + everything).
Prior to ScaleVP, Rory was a founder and CEO of a manufacturing company in the United Kingdom. He holds a BSc from the London School of Economics. He is a winner of the Always On VC 100 list for 2009.
Pat G. Kaplan
Owner, Kaplan Real Estate Group
Pat G. Kaplan is a real estate leader who has been active in the industry for more than 30 years. She currently owns the Kaplan Real Estate Group, a Portland, Ore., real estate brokerage firm that also offers education and consulting services. She is an active board member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Oregon Association of REALTORS® and the International Real Property Foundation.
Pat served as treasurer of the National Association of REALTORS® and chaired the financing group for NAR's award-winning building in Washington, D.C. Pat was a founding board member and chair of the REALTORS® Relief Foundation, which raised and distributed more than $11 million for the victims of the 9-11 tragedy.
Recently Pat completed service on the board for the Oregon Real Estate Forms Corporation. She is an active partner in Portland's Social Venture Partners.
Prior to launching Kaplan Real Estate Group, Pat led Windermere/Cronin & Caplan Realty Group and its more than 450 agents as designated broker. She also served as Windermere Oregon's education director. Before she joined Windermere, Pat was designated broker for Stan Wiley Realtors, earning awards for company growth and agent productivity. Pat has been honored with many awards for her business accomplishments and humanitarian efforts. She earned her degree at California State University.
Tom Gonser

Tom Gonser is the founder of DocuSign and leads the company's overall strategy. A well-regarded thought leader, Tom is considered by many to be the father of electronic signatures. Prior to starting DocuSign, Tom was founder and CEO of NetUPDATE, a leading online transaction management system that handled millions of mortgage transactions yearly. NetUPDATE was recognized as one of the Pacific Northwest's 'Hot Companies' in 2001.
Prior to NetUPDATE, Tom served as senior vice president of business development at Point.com, where he led large-scale portal relationships and developed strategic partnerships, growing web traffic from a few thousand unique visits per month to more than 700,000.
Prior to working with startup companies, Tom held senior management positions at AT&T Wireless Services and McCaw Cellular Wireless Data Division. He also spent six years with Apple Computer in business development. Tom earned a BA in Economics with an emphasis in Business Systems Analysis and Design from the University of Washington.
